Publish and monetise more content, better
without growing the team at the same rate.

I connect content, search-performance and revenue data so the highest-value actions are detected, prioritised and moved through controlled AI Operations systems.

The target is higher quality content, that converts and higher output per employee, not content volume for its own sake.

01 · Portfolio complexity

The portfolio grows faster than anyone can inspect it

Thousands of URLs, multiple sites, changing rankings, stale recommendations, partner feeds and revenue signals sit in separate systems. The team notices what is easiest to see, not always what is most valuable to fix.

Coverage

Most URLs are effectively unmonitored

Manual reviews cover a sample, a recent report or whatever has already become urgent. Small losses compound outside the visible queue.

Revenue

Content and monetisation data do not meet

Traffic, clicks, partner availability, EPC and revenue live apart, so commercial work is prioritised with incomplete context.

Detection

Problems are found after they become reports

Traffic drops, broken revenue paths and product changes can run for days or weeks before one person connects the signals.

02 · Revenue operating layer

Turn the portfolio into a prioritised operating queue

  1. Before · Editors review large exports and treat every declining page as the same problem.

After · Decay, demand, revenue, update cost and confidence determine which pages enter the queue first.

  2. Before · Broken links, unavailable products and merchant changes are found page by page or after revenue drops.

After · Product and partner signals create exceptions tied to the affected URLs and commercial value.

  3. Before · Search, content and revenue questions require another analyst export.

After · Operators can query the connected portfolio and act from a sourced, reviewable answer.

03 · Publisher systems

07 systems

Where I install portfolio leverage

The first system is selected by economic impact, data readiness, controllability and time to value. The catalogue is specific because publishing economics are specific.

  • REF

    Content Decay & Refresh

Detects declining or stale pages, changing intent, internal-link gaps and commercial opportunity, then scores the working queue.

Stop treating every URL as equally valuable.

  • MON

    Monetisation Opportunity

Connects page traffic, clicks, revenue, EPC, conversion, placement, availability and partner data.

Focus commercial work where a controlled change can affect contribution.

  • HLT

    Affiliate Link & Product Health

Detects broken links, unavailable products, merchant changes, stale recommendations and incorrect partner matching.

Protect existing revenue without manually checking thousands of pages.

  • INT

    Internal Linking

Finds and scores relevant opportunities, avoids poor or duplicate links, proposes anchors and creates an approval queue.

Apply continuous linking work across an inventory too large for manual inspection.

  • PUB

    Publishing & QA

Moves research, source checks, briefing, draft support, commercial rules, metadata, QA, approval and CMS preparation through one visible system.

Increase throughput while protecting editorial and commercial judgement.

  • ALT

    Portfolio Anomaly Detection

Monitors traffic, revenue, conversion, indexation, merchants and content signals, then routes exceptions to an owner.

Reduce the delay between value being lost and someone acting.

  • COP

    Commercial Content Copilot

Creates an operator interface over content, search and revenue data for portfolio questions that currently require manual analysis.

Let decision-makers interrogate the portfolio with sources attached.

04 · Engagement sequence

From portfolio signal to controlled intervention

  1. 01

    Executive Fit Call

We test whether the portfolio has enough economic scale, reliable source data, operational ownership and a clear first use case.

  2. 02

    AI Operations & Revenue Baseline

I map the portfolio workflows, connect the relevant economics, separate facts from assumptions and identify the strongest revenue-protection and improvement opportunities.

  3. 03

    30–60 day transformation

The selected operating layer is built with data connections, prioritisation, approvals, logging, alerts, fallbacks, documentation and a written KPI.

  4. 04

    Ongoing AI Operations Partner

I can remain responsible for the roadmap, monitoring, optimisation, new systems and management reporting across the controlled portfolio.

05 · Same-environment proof

Built inside a publishing business

Traffic Family is my separate operating business. It is not a client.

I built and still run it. Multiple seven figures in revenue, two people and a reported 70–80% operating margin are evidence from the same environment: SEO, content inventories, affiliate partners, product data, publishing and monetisation.

The useful proof is the operating record: what the manual process cost, how the system was designed, where people approve, what failed and which result can be verified. It is not a promise that another portfolio will reproduce Traffic Family’s economics.

06 · Production standard

Custom systems built inside your business, by someone who gets it

I am not dropping in a generic template and leaving. I understand how publishing and affiliate businesses work, then build around your portfolio, revenue model, data, rules and existing tools.

01Portfolio trigger & data

The domain, URL, partner and source data are defined.

02Rules & AI decisions

Commercial and editorial decisions have explicit boundaries.

03Human approval

Editors and operators keep judgement where errors carry risk.

04Logging & attribution

Every intervention and source record remains traceable.

05Named owner & KPI

One person owns the queue and its operating measure.

05EAlert & fallback

Missing data and failed actions create visible exceptions.

07 · Risk and measurement

Agree on what success looks like before we build

Before we start, we agree which data we will use, which part of the business we are changing and which result we will measure. If the agreed operational target is not reached after the tuning period, I will do one more optimisation sprint at no extra cost.

I cannot promise Google rankings or revenue. We only add a performance fee when we can clearly see what changed, what it earned and both sides can check the same numbers.

Clear numbers. Clear scope. No vague promises.

08 · Ownership

No black box between your content and revenue

Workflows run in your accounts where practical. Rules and logic remain visible. Documentation, SOPs, runbooks and data stay accessible. There is no forced migration or platform lock-in.

  • Workflows

    Run in your stack.

  • Logic

    Visible and documented.

  • Source data

    Remains auditable.

  • If the partnership ends

    The system stays with you.

09 · Embedded partnership

I work in your business, alongside your team

  1. 01

    One partnership. One shared roadmap.

After the paid Baseline, I build the first system with your team and stay involved as your AI Operations Partner: choosing what to build next, fixing what breaks, tracking results and helping the team use it. You are not handed a tool and left to manage it.
The commercial structure is simple: an initial implementation fee, followed by a monthly partnership. When the data is clean and we can clearly attribute additional revenue, we can add a performance component later. It is not a separate package you need to choose upfront.

10 · Executive Fit Call

Bring one portfolio problem and the source data behind it

We will test the economics, inventory, attribution, ownership and implementation risk. If deeper work is justified, the next step is an AI Operations & Revenue Baseline.

The call is allowed to end with: “This is not a fit.”
